Returns Procedure
If an item qualifies under our
Warranty Policy, the
following procedure should be followed:
Return Authorisation
Numbers
All units returned to Select must be shipped with a
return authorisation number (RA#) affixed to the outside
of the shipping container and should be addressed to:

Select reserves the right to refuse any incoming
shipment not marked with a RA# on the outside of the
shipping container. A Return Authorisation Number can be
obtained as below:
Via email at
support@selectec.co.uk. Please provide a
description of the fault and the serial number of the
unit or the parent unit that contained the component(s)
you wish to return;
By sending a written request to the above address;
By telephoning a request at +44 (0) 1256 246970.
Urgent Replacements
If a replacement part is required urgently, Select may
(upon request) despatch a replacement item immediately
after a Return Authorisation request. The faulty item
should then be returned within thirty days. If after
this time the item has not been returned the shipped
replacement will be invoiced at its full value. This
also applies if the item is returned and subsequently
found not to comply with the conditions for warranty.
Select advises dealer/distributors to hold a reasonable
level of stock to avoid this situation wherever
possible.
